“Confirmed in your scope” means the value is set in your written scope and shown to you before you accept anything. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Billing and commitment
Stop any time. Stay for the commitment to own the code.
The billing interval is how often you are charged. The contract is month to month*, so you can stop at any time. Your commitment is how long you stay subscribed before the code becomes yours.
Commitment terms
- Each plan has its own commitment: Essential 12 months, Growth 12 months, Business 24 months, Scale 36 months.
- The contract is month to month*. You can stop at any time without owing the rest of the commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Once your scope is approved, we issue an initial invoice: the one-time setup fee plus any approved one-time items, such as integrations. On Essential it also covers the 3 months paid upfront (or the full first year on yearly billing). You pay it online with PayPal in your customer portal before the build starts.
- Your subscription starts at launch. We launch only after the first month's payment (or the first year's, on yearly billing). On Essential, the months you paid upfront cover the start, so the first subscription payment is taken when they end.
- After that, PayPal takes payment automatically on the same day each month (or year) as your first payment.
- Your data is always yours. At any time, on request, we export it for you in a convenient format that suits the data.
- The source code is handed over only once the commitment is complete and required payments are made.
- After the commitment you own the agreed source code and the database. Keep running the application with us at the same rate, or move it elsewhere.
- The commitment start rule is stated in your agreement before you pay.
- Discounts apply only when explicitly published or written into your agreement.
On Essential, the first payment covers the setup fee and 3 months upfront. After that you can stop any time.

Need more than one platform, such as a web app and a mobile app? Each is a separate line item unless a published bundle applies.

Backends and admin areas your application needs are identified in the scope and are part of the project. We do not charge an extra platform subscription just because an application needs a backend.

Standard integrations are $20 each, one time, per approved integration. Hosting upgrades never change your software plan.

A $20 integration connects one supported service as defined in its catalogue entry. It does not include unlimited workflows, custom data mapping, or future changes. API, messaging, licensing, payment processing, and app-store charges are paid by you to those providers.
Migrations and complex enterprise integrations need an assessment before we can price them.

- Handover includes build and deployment instructions, a dependency manifest, data export, and architecture notes.
- Third-party software, services, and licences stay owned by their providers.
- Handover does not automatically cancel hosting or maintenance.
