Hosting and add-ons
Hosting is included. Upgrades never change your software plan.
Every subscription includes a baseline hosting profile. If your software needs more, you add capacity, storage, or a region upgrade on its own, and your software tier stays exactly the same.

Extra storage is $5 a month per 50 GB. Exact compute and bandwidth limits for each plan are listed in your written scope before you accept it.
Regions
We only publish regions we genuinely support. Available regions for your project are confirmed during scope review. Moving to a different region later needs your approval and follows a documented migration procedure.
Backups
Backups are encrypted, and restoration is tested. Backup frequency and retention for your plan are set out in the service and hosting policy and your scope.
Add-ons
Optional services, priced separately
Add-ons are independent of your software plan. Normal prices are published; only migrations and complex enterprise integrations need a quote.

Add-ons marked “Priced in your scope” are priced in writing in your scope, and you approve the price before it applies.
Your software tier stays the same
A hosting upgrade changes infrastructure only. Your plan, allowances, and agreed scope are unchanged.
Third-party charges are yours
Domains, third-party APIs, messaging, licences, payment processing, and app-store fees are billed by those providers to you.
Isolated by design
Applications and data are isolated on shared infrastructure, and customer workloads never run inside our own website.
